Conference

As has become tradition, we are scheduled to exhibit at the 7th Annual SoCal Linux Expo, or SCaLE 7x as it's also known for short. This is Haiku's third appearance in a row at this conference; our debut was at SCaLE 5x, in February of 2007. The exhibition part of SCaLE 7x is scheduled to be held on on the weekend of February 21 and 22 (Sat and Sun), at the usual venue: the Los Angeles Airport Westin Hotel.

Haiku is making its debut into the big stage, and we are going to be there: we are thrilled to announce that Haiku will have a booth at the upcoming LinuxWorld 2008 Expo, scheduled for August 4 - 7 in the San Francisco Moscone Convention Center. We have secured a 10x10 booth that we will be sharing with the ReactOS project. The expo runs from August 5 thru the 7. For all the details, please check out the following pages:

Haiku is scheduled to exhibit at LugRadio Live USA 2008, the first LugRadio Live event to be held in the US. This is an event originally from the UK that has developed a strong reputation for providing a range of topics about free software, Open Source, digital rights, technology and more, a compelling list of speakers, exhibitors and birds of a feather sessions, and wrapping it all in a unique, fun, loose, social and inclusive event, which is often described as combining the atmosphere of a rock concert and a computer conference.
